Lose weight and gain muscle?
My self esteem was on the floor. I hated the way I looked. But I didnt want to just lose weight. I was always skinny growing up but now I was skinny fat. Skinny arms and legs but with a huge gut. Going back to just being super slim with no muscle wasnt appealing.
Thats when I decided to research how I could lose weight and gain muscle at the same time.
Never use a personal trainer… Why?
I talked to personal trainers. They would have the answers!
What I realised is theres 2 BIG problems with PTs. First many of them are not well educated on nutrition or weight training. Second, they have no incentive to get you in better shape. If youre in shape their job is done – no more money for them.
Building muscle is hard!
Building muscle is much harder than losing weight. Muscle building to your full potential would take years. I managed to gain muscle and double my strength in 10 weeks. With minimal time in the gym.
The secret is IVF. Intensity, Volume and Frequency. Most people get the combination of these building blocks wrong and therefore never build serious muscle.
Losing weight is complex!
Losing weight fast, whilst building muscle is more complex than just counting calories. Youtubers will suggest fasting. Ive never fasted. You can achieve my results without fasting or the gym.
